Domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post. A regular or express postal service can be selected. International shipments are sent with TNT which services most countries. Freight is calculated based on physical weight or volumetric weight, whichever is the greater. International shipments can be sent by sea. This can be arranged by contacting KIF & KATAST by email.
The opportunity to purchase transit insurance is made available at the time of selecting the postal service you require. Once the goods are dispatched they are the responsibiltiy of the purchaser.
Items may be returned within the period stated as long as they have not been used and are in their original packaging with all tags still intact. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Email notification must be made prior to return of the product to: kif@kifandkatast.com.au
